Who?s making that funny noise? As Peter and his friends investigate, their own special sounds are incorporated into the text. In the end, it turns out that a snoring fox has been making the noise, but then the characters? sounds wake him! The fox?s snarling mouth is one of the final spreads before Peter finds his way safely back home.

This little book is quite charming. It's great for small children that cannot read yet. They seem to find it fascinating. Peter Rabbit is timeless; I haven't found a child yet who didn't love him!
