About the Author
Penny Dale studied fine art and design at Exeter College of Art, and has since worked on community art projects, street theatre props and as a graphic designer. She won the Kate Greenaway Medal in 1990 for Rosie's Babies written by Martin Waddell. She lives in Newport, Wales.
